Conseil offers selection and recruitment services based on a rigorous
approach, starting from the analysis of the firm through
to the follow-up of
the hiring.
Our
objective is to select the best candidate for a given position, accompany
and counsel the client during the hiring process and
facilitate the integration of the candidate.
Methodology:

Analysis
of the firm: Meeting
with the management in order to understand
the company, its culture, its particularities, its targets and
the characteristics of the position to be filled.

Definition
of the required
profile: defining
with the client the profile of the position, the skills as well as
the personality required.

Defining
the search strategy:
In accordance to our client's wish, we will search for the candidate
using the direct approach (executive search) or the indirect
approach (advertisement).

Selection
of the candidates:

Presentation
of a shortlist, following a
series of interviews which allows the identification of the
profiles most adapted to the position.

Establishment
of a report per candidate presented.

Preliminary
referencing (where possible) before presentation of the
shortlist. Finalization of the referencing
before the signature of the contract.
- Follow-up
of the hiring: Maintain
contact with the candidate as well as with the firm in order to
guarantee and ensure the candidate's integration.
